Built a voice-based AI agent that handles end-to-end advisor booking — intent detection, slot negotiation, booking code generation — with live MCP integration to Google Calendar, Gmail, and Sheets, and PII guardrails built in.

The agent understands natural spoken requests, checks real-time calendar availability, negotiates alternative slots, confirms bookings with a code, and sends confirmation emails — all through a single voice conversation.
