Engineered a 4-layer automated pipeline that scrapes app store reviews, classifies them into themes via AI, and delivers weekly digest emails — purpose-built as a PM intelligence tool for continuous voice-of-customer tracking.

The pipeline: scrapes reviews from Play Store and App Store → deduplicates and cleans → runs AI classification into themes (bugs, UX, features, praise) → aggregates and formats → sends a structured weekly email digest with trend deltas.
